GARCINIA CAMBODIA DRINKING INSTRUCTIONS:


Mix 1 sachet with less than 200ml water and DRINK ON AN EMPTY STOMACH FIRST THING IN THE MORNING an hour before breakfast. Best served cold, add ice if you wish 🙂


Drink 2 to 3 sachets per day. Do not go over 3x 🙂 during lunch and dinner, take it an hour before meals!
