Golden Curry Med-Hot is a rich and tasty traditional Japanese curry.

Directions (5 servings):

1 Curry box, 400g of meat, 2 onions, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 2 tablespoons of oil, 850ml of water

Preheat the oil in a pan with meat and vegetables and brown the onions.

Add and boil water. Simmer over low heat until the ingredients soften (15 min)

Add the curry and stir until the curry thickens (about 10 min). Serve on rice.
